What is an Existential Gamer?

An E.G. doesn’t just play games for the heck of it.  An E.G. questions the very nature of video gaming and challenges it to go beyond the surface level of pixels and sound effects.  Is video gaming an art form?   Are consoles superior to PC gaming?  Why is Uwe Boll such a douche?  An E.G.  dares to ask such riveting questions.  And also dares his best friend to even try to come close to his massive gamer score on XBOX Live acquired through sleepless (read: geeky) nights earning what some might call meaningless but so aren’t meaningless achievement points from ridiculous games that I would not be caught dead playing but will so play them to earn such points that can totally make me a gaming god.  Or so I think.  Whatever.
